The authority confirmed that “six experiments will also be conducted by Sadeem Company for Research and Development to find out the extent of human adaptation in spaceflight, to understand the effects of being in space on human health, and to determine whether spaceflight is safe for the brain.”
The Saudi Space Authority stated that “the functions of vital organs and systems of humans will be tested in microgravity, such as measuring blood flow to the brain, assessing intracranial pressure, electrical activity of the brain, monitoring changes in the optic nerve, and taking blood samples and biological samples to examine vital signs associated with space flights.” map changes in the length, structure, and epigenetics of genes.
