Pokémon Sleep is a sleep tracking app that allows users to interact with in-game characters by getting a good night’s rest.
The gameplay is for users to leave their phones next to their sleeping beds, allowing the app to record and analyze their sleep.
Based on the sleeping state of a nap, nap, or deep sleep, players will wake up a sleeping Pokémon near Giant Snorlax in a similar way to its sleeping state.
The company also unveiled a new device called “Pokémon Go Plus+”, which is a sleep tracker and tool for playing Pokémon Go.
The game is scheduled to be released in the summer of 2023.
