The second time in a row… Alexia is the best in the world

Spain’s Alexia Potillas, Barcelona player, won the FIFA award for the best female soccer player in the world for the second time in a row, on Monday.
Botias received the award despite being sidelined for a long time since July with a knee injury.
Botias outperformed Arsenal and England player Beth Mead, who was one of the top candidates after leading her country to the 2022 European Championship title, and won the tournament’s top scorer and best player awards.
Botias also beat the American Alex Morgan.
