Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Al-Hilal Saudi Club will meet its Qatari counterpart, Al-Duhail, on Sunday evening, at Al-Thumama Stadium, in the semi-final competitions in the 2022 AFC Champions League.
Al-Azraq Al-Hilali had surpassed the Iranian Foolad with a clean goal, to set a date with the Qatari club, which in turn defeated the Saudi youth with two goals to one.

Seventh confrontation
Tomorrow’s match will be the seventh between the two teams in the competition. They have previously met together in 6 confrontations.
Al-Hilal won twice, against Al-Duhail once, while the tie overshadowed 3 matches.

Blue Crescent reached the semi-finals for the seventh time since 2002.

The Kenyan striker has the highest scoring rate in recent times, with a goal every 77 minutes.

During the pre-match press conference, Al Duhail coach Hernan Crespo said: “If we want to win the title, we must beat the champion. We know that Al Hilal is the candidate to win the championship because it has great experience in the finals and has players with distinguished levels, but I also know that We have the chance to qualify, we will go into the game to win.”
