The General Commission for Audiovisual Media concluded, on Thursday, the fourth edition of the Saudi-Japanese program for training Saudi electronic game developers, in cooperation with the Japanese Cooperation Center in the Middle East.
The program aimed to train 12 developers from the beginner and medium category, during which they received many skills in the field of manufacturing and developing electronic games, and learned the basic concept of the game, its planning, design, and how to develop it, as well as the latest technologies in this field, under the supervision of a number of experts and game makers.
This comes within the efforts of the General Commission for Audiovisual Media in its cooperation with international partnerships to implement training programs in various fields of media to develop and empower young Saudi competencies and talents, within the framework of its work to transform the media sector into a national industry that contributes to increasing the size of the media market and diversifying economic sources of income to achieve what Saudi Vision 2030 aspires to it.
