Ten Hag: Liverpool will not distract us from West Ham

Manchester United coach Eric ten Hag confirmed that his enthusiastic team, after winning the first title in six years, had regained calm to focus on facing West Ham in the FA Cup.
United beat Newcastle United in the League Cup last Sunday to win their first major trophy since winning the European League in 2017.
“The players yesterday were of course excited and had to celebrate this momentum, but after calm prevailed we went back to work,” Ten Hag told reporters, Tuesday, before facing West Ham in the fifth round of the FA Cup, Wednesday. What I had to do was recover, and whoever did not participate (in the final) had a good training session.
Ten Hag indicated that facing Liverpool in the Premier League next Sunday will not distract the team from the West Ham match.
He added, “I think every match is important. In every match so far the squad has had the right approach and direction by dealing with it game after game and not thinking about the next games.
