US police said they have arrested the suspect in the murder of a 64-year-old apartment owner, Alvin Matsumoto, after he went to ask the suspect for his money.
The owner of the apartment, Sean Giles, said he was with Matsumoto, who was lying seriously injured outside the apartment complex, while they waited for the ambulance to arrive.
Giles found out when he went out to check what was happening after hearing the victim’s screams, and found the suspect dragging Matsumoto covered in blood.
