Football clubs around the world congratulate Muslims on the occasion of Ramadan

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Football clubs around the world congratulated Muslims, through their accounts on social networking sites, on the advent of the month of Ramadan, whose first day begins tomorrow, Thursday.

Real Madrid C.F. said: “Real Madrid C.F. extends its warmest congratulations and congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. Happy New Year #Madridistas!”

FC Barcelona published a video clip, in which coach Xavi Hernandez and some of the team’s players said: “Ramadan Mubarak.”

As Liverpool Club tweeted: “The breezes of the holy month of Ramadan have come to us, Liverpool sends its peace and congratulations to the Arab and Islamic nation. Happy new year.”

And Manchester United wrote: “Is his crescent a month of goodness? Everyone in United congratulates you on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan, and may you be fine every year.”

And FC Bayern Munich said: “Welcome, Ramadan.. After the absence, your crescent is Ban! From #Bayern, we wish you, your families, and your friends all the best on the occasion of the blessed month of #Ramadan!”

And the English Premier League account in Arabic published a congratulatory picture, commenting: “Welcome Ramadan.”

While the Italian League account tweeted in Arabic: “The Italian League sends its best congratulations on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. Blessed be the month, O Calcio lovers.”
