Donia Abu Talib, the Saudi national taekwondo player, ranked third in the world, won the gold medal in the 53 kg weight category, after defeating Omaima Boushti, the Moroccan national team player and ranked seventh in the world, in the final of the Al-Hussein International Championship, which was hosted by Prince Hamzah Hall in Al-Hussein City for Youth in Amman, during The period from February 22-26, with the participation of 16 countries.
The green players managed to achieve four bronze medals, and they are: Taiba Al-Sharif in the weight of 46 kg, Abdullah Asiri in the weight of 54 kg, Riyad Al-Dhafri in the weight of 58 kg, and Ali Al-Mabrouk in the weight of 87 kg.
At the start of the competitions, Rahaf Al-Jouhy, the national team player, won the gold medal in the U-30 Al-Boomsi competition, and the youngster, Dina Al-Faradi, won the bronze medal, weighing 33 kg.
