“Discipline” fined Talisca … and suspended the translator for 5 matches

The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Association imposed a fine on Brazilian Anderson Talisca, player of Al-Nasr first football team, amounting to 60,000 riyals, on the background of Al-Hilal Club’s complaint against him regarding media abuse towards the club through the media and provoking public opinion.
The committee warned the Brazilian player not to offend and stir up public opinion, stressing at the same time that the decision is subject to appeal in accordance with Article 139 of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations.
The committee also fined Makram Mansouri, the translator of Al-Nasr Club, an amount of 50,000 riyals, and suspended him for five official matches due to breaching the confidentiality of the hearing held for the Brazilian Talisca, and recording the session through his mobile phone.
On the other hand, the committee obliged the French coach, Rudi Garcia, Al-Nasr coach, to pay a fine of 30,000 riyals for not wearing the identification card inside the stadium during his team’s match against Al-Taawoun in the 17th round of the Saudi Roshen League.
The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee punished Abdulaziz Al-Mudha, President of Al-Adalah Club, with a fine of 20,000 riyals because of his statements after the end of his team’s confrontation against the agreement in the 15th round of the Roshan League, and the committee fined Saud Al-Rashudi, President of Al-Taawun Club, an amount of 30,000 riyals, on the background of his statements and publishing a tweet through his account. The official Twitter account, the social networking site, included insulting the match officials and the head of the Referees Committee of the Saudi Football Association, after his team met against Al-Nasr in the 17th round of the league.
The committee also fined Mons Al-Shammari, president of Al-Orouba Club, an amount of 60,000 riyals, due to his statements and media abuse towards the referee of his team’s match against Al-Qadisiyah in the twentieth round of the Yellow League for first-class clubs.
