A video clip shows the moment police chase a high-speed car, driven by 26-year-old Khalil Azad, in Robbinsdale, Minnesota, on July 3.
Azad fled before the police could reach him, then the police found the drugs in the car.
Two and a half days later, on July 5th, someone found Azad’s body floating in Crystal Lake in Robbinsdale.
Azad’s family and activists have organized protests, as they believe Azad has already been beaten by the police and bitten by the K9 forces.
