Al-Fayhaa Club announced the absence of Ali Al-Zaqaan, the first-team soccer player, for a period ranging from ten days to two weeks due to an injury.
The club stated, through its official account on Twitter, the social networking site, on Thursday, that the tests that were conducted for Zaqan showed that he had suffered a first-degree tear in the connective muscle, and as a result he needed a treatment and rehabilitation program ranging from ten days to two weeks.
In light of this, Al-Zaqaan missed his team’s match against Abha, Thursday, in the 19th round of the Saudi Roshen League, and the team will miss its efforts against the youth in the 20th round of the league, as well as the Al-Ittihad match in the quarter-finals of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup.
Al-Zaqan, the 31-year-old midfielder, wore the “orange” shirt in 12 matches, including 3 mainly during the current edition of the league.
